Sam's March HoH Message

My message this month is following our theme of ‘Vibration of Flow’ - and I have been guided by Raphael to explain this
in ‘layman’ terms and to address the skepticism out there.
So you may want to share this with family and friends who
wonder what on earth you are talking about when you share
your Light Work, or maybe this will help to explain for those
who are newly awakened to this ‘Woo Woo’ world. As those
of you who know me know, I have a brain steeped in
academia and often share my story of how I found Cindy
Smith and ended up being a Certified Angel Empowerment
Practitioner™ (AEP™) and AEP Hands on Healing
Practitioner™ and was probably one of the biggest skeptics.
But when I opened my mind up to the possibilities and the
explanations made scientific sense, my whole world opens
wide open to my purpose and passion.
When Dr. Carl LeRoux began teaching this new modality he
insisted that Practitioners gain an understanding of Quantum
Physics - this is a subject that now lies with me as I continue
in his footsteps. Quantum Physics (in a nutshell, if that is
possible!) explains that ALL matter, including us, is made up
of teeny tiny particles called atoms. And thanks to quantum
physics, we now know that if you looked at an atom under a
microscope, you’d see a small tornado.
If you get even closer to the atom, you’d discover something more
amazing: a vacuum. That’s because atoms have no physical
structure. They’re made of invisible energy, not a tangible
material!!
Now if I were to tell you that 99% of your body is made up of
atoms, of hydrogen, carbon, nitrogen and oxygen, and ask
you to imagine all those tiny tornados spinning around in a
vacuum of nothingness, you will begin to understand that
you are made up of invisible ENERGY!
Some refer to this ‘invisible energy’ as 'Lifeforce Energy’
which makes complete sense. This is what we mean when
we say 'Vibration of Flow'. It animates our physical form and
flows through us, within us and around us, always. Whats
more, it has been known to every wisdom lineage - the
Egyptians called is Aka, Prana to the Hindu, Qi to the
Chinese – it is this vital force that gives us life and when
directed with conscious intent, it brings a deeper meaning to
our lives.
It is known that there is an invisible life force that weaves through all of creation. Cosmic energy, and many ancient
traditions have learned how to master this energy to amplify
the human experience. Working with life force energy was
the path of many ancient practices and became recognized
as a means to heal. REIKI for example.
Feeling the Vibration of Flow
My very first experience of feeling life force energy was during my attunement to Reiki. I can honestly say that this
was life changing for me. You see, when our energy is on
point, we often feel 'in the flow’, which basically means
synchronicities are a regular occurrence and we are only
mildly affected by the challenges we will ultimately incur. We
feel lifted by this unnamed energy which gives us the grace
and support to navigate the illusions of this reality. I say
‘unnamed’ because you can honestly call it whatever you
wish. As a Reiki Master I referred to it as reiki energy and
now that I primarily work with Archangel Raphael, I call it
Raphael’s Healing Energy. Either way, this 'anonymous
energy' is truly our life force.
Now, much focus is given to 'high vibration’ or a ‘high vibe’
which is a sure sign that this energy is moving through you
unencumbered. Vibrations and focused life force
energy resonate purely and easily when we can take care to
elevate our life force energy through easy and gentle bliss.
Simply put, the flow of energy in and around our bodies feels
good and it naturally draws to our life, purpose and joy.
Let me share a little story about my own experience and
discovery of this energy:
When I worked as a midwife, I would do anything and
everything to assist my women to achieve a natural child
birth. Even then, I used aromatherapy, massage,
acupressure, meditation and visualization with success. I
would pull upon every single piece of knowledge and experience to achieve the best possible outcome for another
and child. But sometimes, I would need to seriously consider
referring my precious patients to an Obstetrician for medical
intervention. But before doing so, I would ask: ‘Whoever you
are, whatever you are, please help me to help this mother
and child!’ And then I would feel little prickly tingles or '
goosebumps' over my scalp… and an idea would come to
me! And I would thank whoever or whatever it was that has
helped me. Jump forward to me sitting in my first class with
Cindy. She assisted us to connect with angelic energy. I was
‘open’ to experience whatever it was she was explaining to
me… and then it came: those same prickly tingles and what I
now call ‘angel bumps’ over my scalp!
Now, when I practice AEP™ Hands on Healing, my role as a
practitioner is to be a conduit for flowing Archangel
Raphael’s healing energy to my clients, and I feel them all
the time. I recall one client describing this as ‘Reiki on
Steroids’, which still make me laugh, because yes, it is!!
My clients often say they feel a warmth flowing through their
body, or feel ‘heavy’ and deeply relaxed. Some say they feel
light as if floating. We all experience this flow of energy in
different ways. The most important thing you can do is
acknowledge its existence and accept it as the gift this
universe has available to us, just as our ancient forefathers
have before us.
Go on, you deserve to experience the Flow of Vibration!

Experiencing grief with a beloved pet can be different to describe or understand how intense the grief can be; therefore, I asked for guidance to assist us as a family and for any of you who has experienced similar loss.
