What if I told you your Angel Team is always there ready to support you at any given moment. 

Don't believe me? Well it's true your Angel Team has been assisting you throughout your life whether you knew it or not. Are you wondering what I mean by your Angel Team? Your Team consists of your Guardian Angels (who are always with you), Archangels , and Guides.  

Your Team is ready to assist you on your journey so, lets discuss three ways you can recognize they are there.

1. Symbols and Signs

Your Angel Team can easily connect with you through symbols and signs in your everyday life. By doing so, your team can easily share guidance, get your attention, or even provide confirmation to the questions you have been asking.  

So, you may be reflecting on the possible symbols or signs your Team has been sharing with you. The possibilities are vast thus it is important to know you Angel's will use the sign or symbol that reflects you as an individual. They know you best!

For instance, have you ever seen multiple white feathers in various places and got an overwhelming feeling of peace within your body - mind - soul. Maybe even thought to yourself, "I wonder if that is a sign?" Well it very well could be a sign from your Angel Team. If you think it is a sign from your Team, I can assure you it is, that is how easy your Angel's can communicate with you.  Now lets talk about what are some of the common sign people receive from their Angels.

• Feathers

• Coins

• Rainbows

• Number Sequences

• Butterflies

Can you ask your Angel Team to use specific signs?

Yes, your Angels are here to assist YOU! That being said, they will use signs that resonate with you. The best part is, all you have to do is ask.   To do so, you just say to your Angel Team;  “Angels can you please use [chosen sign] when you are providing guidance or confirmation. Once you have asked all you have to do is trust, and pay attention.

2. Clair Senses or Your 4 Senses



What does your Clair Senses have to do with recognizing the guidance from your Angels? Simple, the more clarity you have through your senses the easier it is to understand the guidance from your team.  Your senses also make it much easier for you to know when they are present or trying to get your attention. 

What are your 4 senses? 

• Feeling (Clairsentience)
• Hearing (Clairaudience)
• Seeing (Clairvoyance)
• Knowing (Claircognizance)

Each sense works in different ways to help you connect to your Angel Team. It is important to use all 4 senses to get the clearest guidance. 

For example, when asking you Angels for guidance, you may feel a warm embrace/tingling, hear a message within your thoughts, see an image within your minds eye or one of the symbols or signs and lastly you may just know the answer with no explanation. 3. Trust



Lastly, the third and most important way to know your Angel Team is present with you is through Trust. Trust in your own intuitive abilities and trust in your Angels. Once you have asked for your Angels to assist you on your journey they are there, stop from second guessing and allow the guidance to flow with ease. 

Sometimes this trust can take practice, so be patient and kind with your self as we are all on our own spiritual journey. One tip for creating trust is stop second guessing, once asked, let it go and wait for answer.

Below is a daily affirmation I use to assist in the trust of the divine guidance I receive.

“I know I am deserving of the divine’s assistance and trust in the guidance I receive”
